Cole Laster, started Alchemy Lifting Club in 2025, at the age of 18 years old in Middle Tennessee. The founding of Alchemy Lifting Club started with a small dream and was later turned into a reality. His God-given passion is to help people transform their lives from something ordinary into something extraordinary, through Christ.

Not only has Alchemy Lifting Club been a company dream, but even the meaning of our name, “from ordinary to extraordinary”, has been a testimony in Cole’s life.

From being overweight and bullied as a kid, to now being passionate about his career in bodybuilding and business owning, this theme and value of living has been there since the start.

Alchemy Lifting Club apparel is just the beginning, with supplements, personal training, and other exciting things to come in the near future.
